Seminole Commerce Park

The Town of Sneads has space available for lease for industrial and commercial usage. Seminole Commerce Park is located within the city limits on U.S. Highway 90 and Ham Pond Road approximately four miles north of Interstate 10. The 40 acre property has 940 feet of highway frontage.
The southern boundary of the property is approximately 980 feet and is accessible to CSX Railroad. Situated on a gently contoured hillside, elevations on the property range from 88 feet up to 120 feet above sea level. The soil type is a sandy loam, with good drainage. There is no standing water or natural body of water on the property. The property is completely cleared, and is presently covered with well managed bahia and bermuda grasses.

All utilities are available with electrical power provided by West Florida Electric Cooperative. City utility services include water, sewerage and solid waste removal. Cable TV service and high-speed internet access are also available. There is currently a 4" waterline running along the west side of the property. This will be upgraded to a 10" waterline by July 2008.

Four acres of the property are currently leased to Ridgeland Homes, Inc., a home manufacturing company. The remaining 36 acres has 520 feet of highway frontage and approximately 1200 feet of road frontage. An additional 136 acres located on the east side of the commerce park property could be available for future expansion.
